Shipping Policy 

Shipping costs are calculated based on every country. All customers will be provided with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 

Orders will be dispatched from Portugal between 3 to 20  business days.

For urgent orders or questions, please contact us, we will always try to help you out!  

Customs duties and taxes outside of the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

For all destinations outside of the European Union, local tax laws may require additional sales tax.

Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact your local tax office for further information on your purchases from overseas.

Returns & Exchange Policy

You will find below the details of our polices for Returning Cut Fabric, Stock Items (such as Accessories, Crystals, Practice wear, Party Wear, Swimwear and Stock Couture) and Bespoke and Made to Order Items.

Cut Fabric Returns:

Please note that we do not accept returns on cut fabrics unless the item is defective, or your order has been processed incorrectly.

Colour deviation is unavoidable on computer screens as each computer screen settings vary. If you are unsure on a colour or colour match, please request a sample first before ordering, please contact our manager.

If a product is defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund within 7 to 14 days days from the day we receive the returned goods. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. No consequential loss can be claimed, and we reserve the right to withdraw any compensation due to false claim.

Stock Items:

You will need to notify us and return the product within 14 days after delivery. Note that you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. 

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service as no refund will be possible if the item does not reach us. 

All items will be inspected and only items in a saleable condition will be refunded. The products must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, and damaged. All tags must also be present, labels on and original packaging.

For standard returns we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the cost of sending the item to you, however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If a product is defective, we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund within 7 to 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. No consequential loss can be claimed and we reserve the right to withdraw any compensation due to false claim.

Tights may not be returned once opened unless they are faulty.

Bespoke and Made to Order Items:

As these items are made specifically for you and to your own specification, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective. In respect of any problems arising as a result of incorrect measurements being provided by you, no refund will be provided but we will be happy to discuss with you any alteration costs needed to rectify your order.

If a bespoke or made to order product is defective, you must inform us within 14 days after delivery and return it to us at your cost. We will examine the returned product and will notify you within 7 to 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. If the product is found to be deffective it will be repaired or replaced, and we will refund the delivery charges for returning the item to us.  No consequential loss can be claimed, and we reserve the right to withdraw any compensation due to false claim.

Parcels being returned from outside the Portugal must be clearly marked on the box as ‘Goods being returned to Portugal’. Any customs charges incurred by VISH due to a parcel not being clearly marked will be passed on to the customer and deducted from the corresponding refund.

If you do not hand over the package to the carrier within 14 days after you have received it, we cannot refund you. 

Items on special promotions, discounts , bought with vouchers, gift cards or custom made cannot be returned.
